Bryan Park was our first land development project and was completed by 1983. The 21-lot residential sub-division has long sold out, but is located in Irving, Texas. The multi-acre property required a re-plat of the land as well as a zoning change and had to go through City Hall for approval. The land featured three old homes in which two were sold to an investor who relocated them somewhere in East Texas and one had to be demolished to make room for 21 new custom homes. The patio home project featured 5 custom home builders. The cul-de-sac street name is, Bryan Court.

	We are a design/build company and have multiple plans available that we have built before and can build on your lot or acreage. If you don't have land, we would be happy to locate it for you. We can also custom design plans for your specific needs. Our custom plans are also available for purchase if you wish to build a new home yourself or are already working with another builder.
