and after 40 years of being one of
Dallas' Premier Luxury Home Builders, and land developers, the

Bryan Smith Homes has designed and built some of
the finest residences in North Texas, including
homes and developments in; Dallas, Preston Hollow, Irving,
Las Colinas, Grapevine, Grand Prairie, South Lake, Keller, Plano,
Farmers Branch and on Richland Chambers Lake.
Today, Bryan Smith looks at home building as
more of an art form than a way to earn an honest living. "Our goal
is to design and build homes that are as true to the era of a
certain style of architecture as possible".
The company has built a wide verity of home styles including;
16th Century French Renaissance, Country French, Italian
Villa, Texas Hill Country, Spanish Mission, Modern Contemporary,
Traditional and Old World Classic.

works hand-in-hand with his clients and Award Winning Architects and
Interior Designers to ensure every thing is well planned out. "We
spend countless hours tweaking our plans over and over,
incorporating what three decades of building has provided, from a
perfection point of view."
During construction, every detail is constantly checked and
monitores so that nothing will be overlooked, or left to chance. "So
many builders today rarely spend time in the homes they're building,
leaving the build process up to their superintendents who may, or
may not be properly qualified, or even worse, their sub-contractors
are running their jobs". "Our subcontractors are some of the best in
Texas, but they are not home building experts, trained to oversee a
new home being built".

From day one, Bryan Smith Homes
has raised the bar in the home building industry. "Our homes have
led the appraisal value in every subdivision we have developed, or
built new homes in
since 1977.
Realtors
continually give our homes high praise for their originality and
attention to detail. Over the years Bryan has
trained multiple personnel the art of fine home building, and
several of his former employee's are now running their own home
building companies.

In 1981, Bryan Smith was elected to serve
as a director for the Irving Home Builders Association,
which at the time had the largest membership within the
National Home Builders Association. He was just 22 years
old, making him the youngest member to ever have served. His fellow
directors were in their 40's and up."It was an real honor and a
privilege to serve on that board".
In 1983, Bryan Smith Homes
became 1 of 4 finalist in the prestigious Dallas Home and
Apartment Builders Annual, McSam Awards for Best Product and Design-
In the Mid Density Housing category. "We didn't win the
award, but we were honored to be included in the competition with 3
regional volume builders"
